Concierge / Hotel Security

Hotel Security has its special requirements, one of those being Superb Customer Service Skills, as the Security Operative attending to the needs of others in this environment has to be well conversed in this aspect of the role.

It is generally the rule of Global Network Services International PTY Limited that Grade three and Grade four security operatives fulfill the role within any and all hotel environments, be it at the Concierge Desk, patrolling the floors or attending to the individual requirements and needs of the residents and visitors.

All our Global Network Services International PTY Limited personnel have a minimum of five years experience in the security industry  before becoming a Concierge or Hotel Security Operative.

When the need arises at various establishments, such as events and V.I.P. visitations, Concierge and Hotel Security Operatives work closely with our other operatives as well as the Security Nucleus of the attending V.I.P. or event coordinators.

Man Power / Retail Security

Retail Security is ultimately about Customer Service,  which commences with ensuring that all who attend the complex are well taken care of.

Our Security Operatives are unlike any in various other fields of security operations, as it takes a certain type of  person to take on what needs to be absorbed within a retail environment in order to conduct the duties as required.

Global Network Services International PTY Limited Retail Security are generally found to be grade three operatives, or three in training.

Through mutual negotiated decision with a client, at times a lesser grade of operative is brought in for training on shift.

Control Room operations within a retail sector is conducted by operatives who have had both retail and control room experience and of a higher grade.

Security Transportation

Security Vehicles are utilised for various tasks within an array of security fields.

The vehicles which are utilised for our clients may differ from complex to complex, depending on the duties of the Security Operatives.

We will however, attempt to remain ahead of design and technology when choosing and  deploying a vehicle where needed, as the vehicles will carry the logo of our client as well as the insignia of SECURITY!

All Security Vehicles that are on site are only operated by authorised personnel on duty, and at no time utilised for pursuit of alleged offenders.

Security Operative Training

Through years of experience, we all are aware that training within any industry is only the beginning, as we are all continually in need of refresher  courses and the need to develop better processes of teaching, especially within the field of Security Services, due to the ever changing demands of the individual roles.

Global Network Services International PTY Limited  take pride in being able to commit to not only the employees of the group, but to our clients, current and prospective, that we will continue to develop the most up to date policies and procedures incorporating training modules and competencies.

Numerous modules, have certifications issues to the operatives after successful completion, which allows not only themselves to prove their abilities, but also to indicate to our clients the stage of development the operative has reached.

Transport Security

With the rate of assaults and abuse on public transport systems, our transport operatives are highly skilled in dealing with any and all types of incidents which may occur.

Through general telecommunication systems they are able to speak to the crew of the bus or train, and if required can call for assistance from outside sources.

Global Network Services International PTY Limited operate a Security Operative Welfare Check System, which allows situations that compromise health and safety of those on the transport vehicle to call for Urgent and instant assistance.

The safety of our Security Operatives and those within their care stands as a matter of utmost importance, and we as a company will continue to ensure that measures to protect them are in place at all times.

Security at AGM’s

AGM’s are important as they allow companies and organizations’ to meet with shareholders and the like to either appoint new members of a board, or permits shareholders to voice opinions and ask questions of those with whom chair the meeting.

Security Operatives who are in attendance at these venues remain vigilant yet distant from the event, unless their intervention is required to assist to restore harmony and order.

Corporate attire is generally the order for uniform, and placement of operatives depends on obtained Intel prior to the commencement of the event.

However, high visible presence prior to the commencement is always a must, in order to indicate to those in attendance that Security are on hand if and when the need should be required to utilise their services.

Security at Private Schools & Colleges

Schools and Colleges have a distinct requirement which relates to Security Operatives, ant that is to be seen when the need arises to be seen, otherwise remain invisible.

Low Key aspects of security within these environments have the Security Operative in Suit and Tie, with the Security Licence displayed on a lanyard.

Not all instances and requirements have security remain in the background, and when the need for immediate response to a potential incident, all Security Operatives understands the protocols when dealing with Young Persons, and the necessity for restraint.

At times Security Operatives are required to wear high visibility uniform, and thus this is available when required by the clients.
